At BLOOM SERVICE PROGRAMS, we understand the crucial role that regional centers play in supporting individuals with developmental disabilities in California. Regional centers, funded by the Department of Developmental Services (DDS), serve as a vital resource for assessing the needs of individuals and coordinating the services required to promote their independence, inclusion, and overall well-being.
Our program works in close partnership with SGPRC service coordinators to offer customized independent living services tailored to each individual's goals and preferences. We collaborate with the centers to ensure that our services align with the Individual Program Plan (IPP), facilitating skill development in areas such as daily living, community integration, and self-advocacy. This collaboration ensures that our program not only meets the unique needs of each client but also adheres to the standards and expectations set by the regional centers, promoting a seamless and supportive pathway to independent living.

Our compassionate and highly skilled trainers are dedicated to supporting individuals in achieving their highest level of independence and quality of life in their own homes and community settings. Bloom Service Programs employs highly qualified staff who are trained to provide individualized, goal-driven instruction aligned with each person’s unique needs and preferences. All services are provided under the supervision of a Master’s-level professional with over 10 years of experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities.
Bloom Service Programs also offers bi-lingual staff to support individuals and families who prefer or require services in Spanish, ensuring effective communication and culturally responsive care.
