Our team of specialized ILS case managers and program leadership work collaboratively with each individual to develop an Individualized Service Plan tailored to their unique needs, preferences, and goals. Once the service plan is established, our ILS trainers provide one-to-one, goal-focused instruction to support each individual in working toward and achieving the objectives outlined in their service plan.

• Personal hygiene and grooming
• Handwashing, oral care, deodorant use
• Menstrual hygiene education (as applicable)
• Establishing daily routines

• Housekeeping and cleaning routines
• Laundry (sorting, washing, drying, folding)
• Dishwashing and kitchen cleanup
